ART

Solidified liquid, melting colors paralyzed in time, wearable art? Lauren’s purpose was to create a new sort of garment, not a second skin, but an explosion of liquid color.  Something that has never been seen or worn before.

Late 2019, after over 10 years in the fashion industry, Lauren asked herself ‘what doesn’t exist in fashion, what outlandish material could possibly be worn, but hasn’t yet?’ After about 4 months of research and trial & error, and after being specialized  already in Vulcanized rubber from her trips to the rubber mills in Vietnam, she mixed a myriad of liquid mediums from the medical industry, food industry, and special effects makeup industry to define the first skin safe and heat resistant wearable art.
